Quadrant Rail Consulting (QRC) played a key role in operational readiness for Stage 1 of the $2.4 billion Parramatta Light Rail project. The 12 km line, with 16 stops from Westmead to Carlingford, opened in December 2024 and is designed to carry up to 28,000 passengers daily.
QRC provided end-to-end support across emergency services coordination, operational planning, testing and commissioning, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment. We worked closely with Transport for NSW, the operator, and emergency stakeholders to deliver a network that was safe, reliable, and ready for full-scale operations from day one.
